Disable the HP Insight Control server deployment role-based security
Mohammed had a customer issue:
**************
I am doing now upgrade from Matrix v6.3 to Matrix v7.1. In the step “Upgrade existing HP Insight Control Server deployment” I get the following error
My question here, how can I disable the HP Insight Control server deployment role-based security?
By the way the DB is on remote SQL server

And he found a way to do what was needed:

I would like to inform you I could resolve the issue. The environment has a CMS server and SQL DB server (Remote server). The CMS is not joined on the domain, when the SIM & RDP try to connect to the DB on the SQL server we get error message on HP Insight Management Advisor (see the attached). I noticed the Customer changed the password for the SQL server (the CMS & SQL had the same credentials). So, just I made the credentials for both servers the same.

Questions for Mohammed?
