Error 'Invalid SOAP response' clicking on Virtual Connect Manager SNMP

When clicking on SNMP link within virtual connect manager, I get error message 'invalid SOAP response'. When I click OK on message it returns a blank screen. Also getting error 'the soap response packet was unparseable. There might be a problem with the soap server' when clicking on System Log. Found advisory regarding this being a comm problem to the OA which is not the case in this instance.

Please mention What is the OA Version and VC Version?

you can try rebooting the OA.

OA is at firmware 2.25. When you say reboot the OA do you mean using the virtual reset button or a physical reseat? In what sequence would I do the standby and active?

Using the virtual reset button, you can reset the Active OA. No need to reset the Standby.
