Hi,
I have upgraded my BL465c G5 servers with firmware CD 8.70.
I have OBA 2.51, VC-Enet 2.10 and VC-FC 1.32.
I called HP support and the OA department is telling me to upgrade the OA last. The Virtual Connect department is asking me to upgrade the OA first so the features in VC firmware update will be recognized.
Does anyone know which is the proper way to do this? I searched other threads and there doesn't seem to be a strong consensus on which firmware to apply first.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Firmware update on Virtual connect or On Board Administrator first?
Hi,
Just want to let you guys know that I upgraded the OA first and then virtual connects.
I did not run into any problems going this route first.
