How to capture image and deploy image

Hi All,

I have successfully installed all the packages onto HP Proliant DL360 Server which is the deployment server for all the Blade server 460c
Now the problem is that I am not able to capture image and deploy image of Windows Server 2003 server with service pack, domain controller and such application like Exchange server 2003 so that we can redeploy image in case of hardware/software failure .
