I am trying to connect up an c7000 enclosure with two HP1/10 switches, Two HP Lefthand p4000 (which only have a 10gb CX-4 option) and two rackmount DL380s using NC522SFP Dualport 10GB adapters.
I have an option of using a Brocade(Foundry) TurboIron 24/10gb port switch in the mix but it doesnt host any CX-4 ports.
I am wondering if I can create a single vlan that contains the HP1/10 CX-4 and the SFX ports to create a 10gb thoroughfare out to the TurboIron and the DL380s connected by 10gb?

Solution
The VC Ent modules are not switches, they need to connect to a switch first. So no direct connection to the lefthand or the DL380s.
The only way you can use the TurboIron switch is if you can get SFP+ to CX4 modules. Which I'm not sure you can.
You can take the 8x1GB ports from the VC module and port-trunk them into a 1Gb switch to give you an 8GB trunk.
