HP System Management HomePage not showing Smart Array information.
We have tried installing WEBM and SMH and there is still no information showing up in the SMH for the array controller.
ILO of the server is showing the Storage information properly.
can someone please suggest what else we can do to fix the issue?

Can we have more details for what the setup is? The controller model details and the server detail/s
How many controllers are installed and how many are not visible?
Any error messages in IML in regards to the controller?
What is the AMS version on the unit?
