Hyper-V template for BladeSystem Matrix

I'm reading a whitepaper entitled "HP BladeSystem Matrix application template for Microsoft Hyper-V R2 test and development environment". This whitepaper suggests downloading "Hyper-V R2 Cluster.xml" from http:\\www.hp.com\go\matrixtemplates. However, I cannot find this file at that site, nor the links therein? I've tried searching the HP sites for this xml file, but all I come up with the the whitepaper referencing the document!

Any one have any idea if/where this xml file exists?

I think it came with Insight Dynamics 4.1

Doug Brown had the following note on his article on using it:
The template described in this white paper is based on the HP Insight Dynamics 4.1 software release.

I can't figure out how to download 4.1, its all 6.0 and 6.1 now.
