IE v9 browser does not display OA
Hi,
I am using Internet Explorer v9 to connect to my Onboard Administrator.
I cna log in, and the browser shows the regsitration of events, but it does not display the enclosure.
I get an error message:-
Page load error
Type mismatch
If any body can provide any input on what this means it would be appreciated.
Thanks
Andrew

Re: IE v9 browser does not display OA
Hi,
I had come across this error on my IE 10 and found that TLS and SSL were disabled.
Under Internet Options -> Advanced Tab -> Security Settings, enable Use SSL 3.0 and Use TLS 1.0
Thank You!

Re: IE v9 browser does not display OA
To recover the Onboard Administrator GUI when this occurs, clear the browser cache and refresh the GUI web page. If this does not recover the GUI, close and reopen the browser and then reload the GUI
