MAC address display as all zeros in OA

Hi All,
I have a c7000 enclosure with BL460c G1 blades using the HP 1GB Ethernet Pass-thru module. When in the port mapping view of the Pass-thru module under Interconnect Bays in OA I see the embedded Ethernet MAC addresses as all zeros and the iSCSI MAC displays fine for all my blades. I don't have any connectivity issue but is this normal or do I have a misconfiguration somewhere? Attached is a pic of what I'm talking about. Thanks.

Hi Thomas,

What is the version of OA and iLO you are using.
In the iLO are you able to see the MAC address of the NICs.
Please refer to the attachment.

Re: MAC address display as all zeros in OA

Raghuarch,
Yes, I can see the MAC addresses in iLO.
OA = 2.04
iLO = 1.35

Re: MAC address display as all zeros in OA

Hi Thomas,

Even after all the iLO's are updated the MAC address is shown as zero.

Reset your OA.

Note: Reset OA if the iLO upgrade doesn't fix the problem.
