Hi,
Please reset the MCTP in ILO
The procedure to Reset the MCTP are:
From the iLO management interface, initiate an MCTP factory reset:
a. Click System Information in the navigation tree, and then click the Device Inventory tab.
b. Click Discovery.
c. Click MCTP Factory Reset.
d. Click Yes.
->update the ILO firmware to the latest version
->reset ILO
->Install the HPE Agentless management Service in the Operating system and start the AMS service
