Not Able to access OA
HP Gen BL 460 +10 c7000 OA display + 11/16 while initialize
OA1= Not Ping
OA2= Not Ping
Initially OA2 is accesseable and try to Make OA2 as Primary. Takeover Initialize, After 180 Minute, its Success, then Reload but after that OA2 is also not accessable.
OA2= Login in Standalone Mode
In General while initializing OA it shows 11/16 in Display Panel.
How to resolve the Issue. How we can access OA?

Re: Not Able to access OA
Hello,
Check the IP addressing for the OA modules and see if it helps.

Re: Not Able to access OA
Issue:
Both OA modules are not working; SID is stuck at 11/16 during initialization.
Solution Steps (Hardware Isolation):
-
Remove all blades from the enclosure.
-
Reset both OA modules.
-
Allow the OA to fully boot and check if it is accessible.
-
If the OA becomes reachable, insert one blade at a time.
-
Allow each blade to complete Virtual Connect (VC) configuration.
-
After inserting each blade, check if OA connectivity remains stable.
-
If OA becomes unresponsive after inserting a specific blade, remove that blade and reset the OA again.
-
Reinsert the problematic blade without mezzanine cards.
-
If OA remains stable, insert mezzanine cards one by one and monitor after each.
-
If the issue still occurs without mezzanine cards, the system board of the blade may be faulty.
If issue still persist, raise a support ticket with HPE.
