P-Class Power questions .... PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a configuration of 2 x 3 phase power attached to 4 enhanced enclosures. A couple of days ago we had the left side of the rack power down. When we noticed and looked at the rack, all the PSU's looked on, the scalable bus bars and power enclosures all lights were on, but all the blades had no lights, not even a standby light. Reseating the blades did make them come back up. But I'm trying to find out why it happened. How do you check on P-Class what the redundancy is set to on? I have attached a serial connection and collected the below. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. If it helps we have a mixture of BL25p and BL45p in the rack. we are alo running 2.4 f/w on all enclosures.

Re: P-Class Power questions .... PLEASE HELP!!!!

I believe that on 2.4 f/w everything gets set to zone 3, which is obviously something you can't normally set by the back of the enclosures.
