"Blade X Requested Too Little Power" OA Log Entries

We have a BL480c in an c7000 enclosure that periodically logs "OA: Blade 1 requested too little power" errors after we recently upgraded the enclosure and server firmware.

The BL480c G1 is running ROM Version I14 (11/03/2008) with iLO Firmware Version 1.70 (Dec 02 2008), the OA's are running Firmware Version 2.41 (Feb 24 2009) and the VC's are running Firmware Version 2.01.

Has anyone else seen this error? Is it something we should worry about?

Problem Update: Error messages stopped as mysteriously as they started with no other problems observed on this server.
