reading "support information" file from VC

Is there any way for end users to read the "support information" file that is exported from virtual connect. What format is it in?

 

The file is exported using tools, then export support information. VCM is version 3.18

it's not user viewable. only HP support have decoder tool to extract log and dump files from this file.
