Seperating iSCSI from LAN traffic in a C3000

We have a C3000 with a storage blade\SAN as well as 3 other server blades. The C3000 has two interconnect switches and all the servers have 4 NICS. We have teamed all 4 NICS in the servers and then created two VLANS on the root of the team:
(1)VLAN for LAN traffic
(2)VLAN for iSCSI traffic
Is their some configuration that I need to do so that all iSCSI traffic goes to one interconnect switch and all LAN traffic goes to the other switch?
