What is the max memory config on a BL465-G1?

Do they support 8GB DIMMS?

64GB max. supports 8GB modules with these notes...

NOTE: 64GB of memory is supported with 80W processors and below. 64GB of memory is Not supported with 120W processors.
NOTE: Up to three 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) memory option kits or 48 GB of memory is supported with 120W processors.

I just put in 2*8GB DIMMS and get the following green memory banner
Initialized 8129MB Available 8192MB Configured 16384MB

Only 8Gb is available for use, but the diags on smart start tests the full 16GB

There no mention of memory mirroring in the BIOS, any pointers?
