XR5500 ups battery led error

my ups to a blade server is giving errror. it has a red led; this is a fairly new ups, is the battery dead so soon? i have check the firmware. its the latest 2.02B. any ideas before i call support?

The latest firmware version for this ups is 2.04 & not 2.02B;
