cover for N class
We have recently upgraded to an N class e3000. We have always had Disaster Recovery cover for all our systems from the same company. However, the company in question don't have an N class 3000 and have no other clients who have one. Understandably they are unwilling to go to the expense of buying one, to cover one customer.
We are looking at other suppliers, but I wondered (a) if anyone else has had the same problem and (b) how many N class e3000's are in use - in the UK.
