Everything above the "**" line is all that will display when I connect to the switch.
I can use the switch as a dump switch and traffic is going between the ports, but I never get a prompt and I am unable to set the IP address.

If there a way to do a hardware reset, someone mention a SW1 switch in a previous conversation.

Any help is appreciated.
