The root cause of the problem (the GPU overheating), has been confirmed by NVIDIA. We should be entitled for compensation.

The problem with the Nvidia settlement is that it is only good for the computers bought in the US. I am hoping that with the success of this class action suit in the US that someone will start a class action in Canada
