Upgrade Presario F730US to Wireless-N (or A) possible???

Hi! I'm (painfully) aware of the wireless card BIOS restrictions on Compaq laptops (Amazon is more pained after sending me two Intel a/b/g cards and having me return them both). I am wondering where I can find the right card to upgrade my F730US to either 802.11n or, barring that, to 802.11a (to avoid the 20+ 802.11b/g wlan congestion in my condo complex). There does not seem to be a formal list of the cards actually supported by the F1.F bios that I can find. Additional info system board id is 30D3, and model number is GR967UA#ABA.
