Urgent: Suggestion required for X.25 connectivity

Hello All,

The Customer has got many (Assume N) old Lucent switches (Distributed in different areas) that support BX.25 over X.25 Interface. What could be the best possible network architecture (Lowest cost)?

Can I use HP-UX Workstation C8000 with ACC Card? Indicative price = N*(C8000+ACC)

What is the lowest possible configuration (and price) for HP 9000/Integrity Server that I can use with ACC Card?
Indicative price = N*(HP9000+ACC)

Has anyone got any first hand experience with connecting to Lucent switches over BX.25 using ACC Card?

Will a Cisco 25xx router work out better?
Indicative price=N*Cisco2500
