WIFI BLUE SOLVED!
For VISTA Pavillon Entairtainment PC (may work for others...)
I downloaded the Wireless assistant:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=ob-468
58-1&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3289680&os=2093
Install, Shut down, wait, then Reboot and go to Control Panel/Mobile PC/Mobility setting
Should see Wireless network upper right
Turn it on, make sure that the wireless button on the pavillon is switched to the right.
Wireless blue!
