WL200 hangs

I have installed the WL200 in an IBM Intellistation MPRO 6889-48U. I have also installed all the latest drivers and patches. The machine starts up ok. Windows 2000 comes up. The desktop is displayed and then the machine hangs.

I have invested quite q lot in several WL100 cards and a WL400 access point. Compaq tech support seems to unable to help.

I have installed this same card in a Dell running W98. It works fine in that machine.

Any thoughts?
