3870 Stack not working
We recently moved our two stacked 3Com 3870's to a new rack. They worked fine before the move, however, since then if one of them comes up it appears there is a conflict and the other one will shut down all of the ports. We currently have everything plugged into the 1 port working with the other turned off until we resolve this.
I also noticed errors on each fan test as the 2nd 3870 came up.
I'm not sure what other info I an provide. Let me know.
Also is there a number to call for support on this?
