Can't Connect to New switch once I moved it
Hi all, I have numerous Procurve 2910al-48G-POE switches that I setup at my desk before moving into the rack. I could connect to each of the switches and configure each one individually. Well, since I moved the switches into the rack I can no longer connect to one of the switches via I.P. The other switches I can web to and configure with no issues. I have static IP's on all the switches and have verified that the address is not is use. I can console to the switch and change anything that i need to.
One thing I noticed is that when i defaulted the switch is did not DHCP a new address. instead it had a 127.0.0.0. IP.

Re: Can't Connect to New switch once I moved it
Maybe the problem could be the management VLAN configured on the switches. If your workstation is running in a different VLAN from the management VLAN of the switches, you could not reach them.
