Fabric port is isolated at 3COM 3CR17562-91

Hi...

I have two units 3com 3CR17562-91(old units), it's working properly with stack via combo port. I will add 1 unit 3CR17562-91 but can't work properly via combo port, when i use CLI via console port, appear messages "Fabric Port is Isolated because of different product version". When i use command : display version,  at CLI via console port, two units 3com (old unit) have OS version V3.01.00.s56p01 and OS version new unit is V3.02.00s56.

What is problem because differrent OS Version? and what can i do? btw i must upgrade OS Version two old units 3Com?

May give me suggest what can i do....?

The 4500 switches can be stacked only if all the software versions are the same, and the file directory as well. You need to upgrade the switches to the latest version available - including the new switch. Change the hostname of all switches to the same name (command: sysname <switch_name>), and then proceed the stack configuration.
