HP 5500-48G-PoE+-4SFP HI running software 5.20.99 5510p36

we have many of these in stand alone and stacks they all show recent system logs on the summary page but on about 50% of them when clicking on more to go to the syslog tab under device shows nothing the other 50% show the logs 

they are all onthe same software with the same settings 

 

what am i missing?

Hi @mikeos 

From your post i understand that you are verifying the logs in your NMS tool ( correct me if ) if so please let us know which NMS tool you are using ?
