HP A10508 switch line card End of Life / End of Support

Hi,

I can't seem to find information about End of Life/Support for a couple of the line cards that I have. The models are JC628A and JG496A. I looked everywher to no avail. Any help is very much apprecitated.

End of Engineering Support

• This date is generally 5 years from the End of Sale date.¹
• For HPE products that include support for as long as you own the product, software updates that are released by HPE will continue to be available to entitled customers. However, this is not a guarantee of ongoing feature development or software maintenance by HPE. At HPE's sole discretion, product enhancement requests may be considered and fulfilled after the End of Sale date for a product.

Thanks for your reply. I already saw that information. It drives me crazy that they can't confirm an end date for engineering support for the product. What does "generally 5 years from the End of Sale date" suppose to mean??? I need to know if I can still use this thing next year or if I am forced to buy a replacement.
