IRF configuration not working after switch replacement

Good day,

I have done this before, replacing a switch in an IRF stack using these instructions:
https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=mmr_sf-EN_US000005537

Everything looks good although upon boot up I see the IRF ports come up and then go back down again.
New switch:

%Apr 26 12:02:04:666 2000 HP IFNET/3/LINK_UPDOWN: Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/51 link status is UP.
%Apr 26 12:02:04:666 2000 HP IFNET/3/LINK_UPDOWN: Ten-GigabitEthernet2/0/52 link status is UP.
%Apr 26 12:02:04:666 2000 HP IFNET/3/LINK_UPDOWN: Aux0/0/0 link status is UP.

Existing stack:

Re: IRF configuration not working after switch replacement

Apparently the cables were crossed when reconnected. I updated the IRF configuration assigning te2/0/51 to irf-port 2/2 and vise-versa and the switch joined the stack after reboot.

@Syncorp12

Glad to know that switches has joined again into IRF.
