9550 firmware
My 3Com AirConnect 9550 has the software build : AP Software 1.6.2 built on Oct 21, 2008
On the website of 3COM the latest version is : 1.6.1 released on 10 Feb 2009
Witch one is the latest one ? the one I have 1.6.2 or the one on the website 1.6.1 ??

Re: 9550 firmware
I had the same confusion recently when a replacement 9550 was shipped to me. I wasn't able to establish the answer but I "downgraded" to 1.6.1 because the 1.6.2 version only enabled the bottom four channels in the 802.11a band. One could speculate that a US version of the 1.6.2 firmware had been loaded onto the replacement unit but there was no way of determining whether that was the case.
