OfficeConnect self-induced problem - please help
Hello:
I just set up my OfficeConnect Access Point. It wasn't doing what I wanted, so I went into the setup to change to a bridge. The unit would not accept the admin password. I tried several times.
In my infinite wisdom, I attempted to reset the unit by following the directions in the user guide. I have tried this several times. The Alert light does not react as the directions say it should.
Now when I run the Discovery Application, it cannot see the unit.
Next I downloaded the most current software and attempted to follow the Corrupted Software instructions. The computer still doesn't see the unit.
Any suggestions as to how to get up and running again?
Thanks in advance for any help.
