WX2200 - Web Portal error
Hello guys!
I'm a 3com reseller and we have a client with tree WX2200 in no-cluster enviroment. The controllers are A, B and C.
In the first controller (A) we have a simple Web Portal configured and work fine, but in the second controller (B) we can't use Web Portal to access the guest wireless. Whe I try access trough web portal the web browser (FF or IE) try to find the address "www.wxb.com.br". I don't know if the web browser are trying to complete the web address or if the WX controller is missing or worng about the path to Web.
Anyone have any idea about this???
Thks!
:)

Re: WX2200 - Web Portal error
Hi:
I have the same problem in the wx1200, the web portal no funtion in any browser, bu t it's diferent in this.
FF: mark the www.wx1200-uady.com , when the name of the wx only it's wx1200-uady.
IE, and others: not redirect to the portal, mark no access to the web page.
I have reconfig the wx from 0 and I obtain the same result when activating the web portal.
I need your hepl to reestablish my service, any idea to do it??
