add disks to an array on a StorageWorks MSA 20
Hello, here is my problem
We currently have a storageworks MSA20 with 6 HD - 250gb in raid 5.
we bought 6 more disks and we would like to know if it's possible to add them to our actuall array.
We are on the Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 4 (Nahant Update 6 Beta) and we try to configure the array with the HPacucli tool, but i have to recognize that we are afraid to damage our actual array during our installation test.
Does someone knows how to add them to our array ( or how to add a new array ) with the hpacucli or another "friendly" tool ? what are the commands to do this ?
thank you very much for any help

Re: add disks to an array on a StorageWorks MSA 20
Since you're using HP ACUCLI, I suppose the MSA20 is connected to a Smart Array controller. The it's just a matter of adding the disks to the array, and the expand the logical disk if you want.
