Battery Cache in the EVA4400

We have EVA9.01 it's working fine in this morning i got problem of Battery module cannot hold up it's cache HSV300 Front panel LCD
(Orange color)Triangle simple . how can i slove this issue ?

call support for a replacement

i had one die a few days ago. replaced it yesterday only to have it fail 5 hours later. might be a bad batch out there.

It happened with me few hours after installation. and then had to replace it again 1 month later, currently im considering updating my XCS version. which one do you have???
