						One of yer disks has failed, because of this the volume won't become online. As the volume isn't online, it can't be mounted.
The "BAD FILE NUMBER" is an error message which means (most of the time) that you are using an invalid device name/file.
Try rebuilding your LSM volume and restore the lost data from tape.
