Could not connect to the array.Verify RMI server is Running

Hi i have hp storage works command view xp for monitoring xp1024 & xp12000.When i click the device name tab to launch the device manager a pop-up tab appears with the following message

"Could not connect to the array.Verify RMI server is Running"

can any one provide a solution for this.

Note:this pop-up comes only for xp1024 for the other one it's connecting properly..

Did you figure out what your problem is? We have the same problem.
