CVEVA install error--- OVLicV5Capi_VC8.dll not found

Hi,
Am trying to install CV EVA9.1 on my windows 2003 server and am facing the below error:

"The application has failed to start because OVLicV5Capi_VC8.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem"

I tried re-installing twice but no use.

Please help me in troubleshooting this issue

Problem resolved after un-installing the windows 2003 SP2
