DL380 G3 with Smart Array 6400 downshifts and timeouts

I have a re-occurring problem with a DL380 G3 and a smart array 6400 where the drives drop out of the array with downshift and then time out errors in the event log. I have replaced the drives and migrated from the integrated 5i to 6400 controller but still have the problems. I am thinking about replacing the back plane but wanted to get some suggestions before I do that. I have included the array diagnostic report to this post. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you might have.

All the drives had the current firmware but thanks for the suggestion. I ended up replacing the SCSI backplane and it solved the issue. Again, thanks for your response!
