EVA 5000 Disk Array, Two of the cache batteries are down.

Dear Experts,


Two of the cache batteries are down. Both batteries continue showed in failed status and we have a new battery on the way.


As per the Vendor, 1 of 2 batteries has arrived. Should we wait for the 2nd battery to arrive or can we 1st replace one battery, and then replace 2nd battery later on .
