Fatal error on a read/write request - CPQCISSE 24800
Hello-
Need some help here with a production system.
ML350 G3
Windows 2003 Enterprise Server
SmartArray641 - Driver 5.68.0.32 Firmware 2.48B
3 x 72GB plus online spare RAID5
1 Logical Volume
System logged this message and users connected to SQL were dropped:

This happened last week and updated to PSP7.4 and update the SA firmware.

Spoke with HP support... Noticed in the ADU report that all the drives listed Bus Faults under the factory column.
Bus Flts 000000a3
HP support decided to replace the Drive Cage and the SCSI cable to the SA641.
Now.. it's wait and see.
