How do I determine the uptime for my HSG80 controller?

I would like to check on the uptime of both my EMA controllers. Where can I check the uptime from?

is possible
get yourself a serial cable.
and in the command line type : DISPLAY DEFAULT
on the right you will see the uptime of the controllor.

I've not used "vtdpy" before. What does this application do?

Can I run it on a production EMA? I do not want to cause any problems or downtime to a production EMA (hsg80 controller).

Once I have captured the controller uptime, how do I exit from this application?
