Hello,
I'm planning to add an HPE D3710 enclosure connected via an HPE Smart Array P408e-p SR Gen10 controller. The enclosure would be fully populated with 24 x 2.4TB drives.
Would it be possible to configure a single RAID 6 array using 24 drives in Advanced Data Guarding (ADG) mode, and reserve the remaining drive as a hot spare?
greetings,
DAES.

SolutionGreetings!
As per HPE Smart Array P408e-p SR Gen10 Controller quickspecs, Up to 238 physical drives and Up to 64 logical drives.
So the configuration should be supported.
