MA8000 can't add disk to port 5

Hi All,
I have MA8000 but i can't add any disk to port 5. Example disk50000, 50100, 50200 .....
The same HDD, it can add to other port and init sucessful. Logfile in file attached.

I has been changed DISK SHELH 2 months ago but until now till can't add HDD to port 5.
Pls advice what is problem with this MA8000.

The instance codes clearly show that you have a bus problem. I would first check the SCSI cable and the disk drive enclosure's IO module by simply reseating the connectors.

- i has been checked carefull the CABLES and restarted both Controller(one by one) from 5 days ago. After that, add disk again but it has same error.
If the IO module had error, It has to displayed in EMU but i can't see any error.
Pls advice if the SCSI cable failure.

Do you have a free controller port, e.g. Port_6? Can you move the enclosure to that port to rule out a defective Port_5?
