A customer doesn't want to use the modem connection to send alarms to HP support center. Is there is another way to collect alarms and send mail or SMS to the system manager, or to collect the alarms using SIM?

It needs a Proliant G6 or higher X86 server under contract with hp,

Note: Messages are sent to HP via HPSIM, but they dont appear in HPSIM. You may use SNMP traps or command view notifications.
