I have a drive that failed on my VA7100. I have a replacement disk and I assume that I can just pull the bad one out, wait a couple of minutes and put the new one in.
Is my assumption correct or is there more to it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Tim

Solution
You should wait until the rebuild is finished before replacing the disk.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: VA7100 disk drive replacement
Thanks Torsten!
The rebuild has already finished, I will probably replace the drive tonight.
