VA7410 firmware download

I've got 2 VA7410 arrays, when downloading new firmware to the controllers one was fine but the other says 'Failded Write Buffer command' has anybody got any ideas.

I recommand you re-upgrade you FW again.
One VA was fine, it mean that you FW are correct and you have problem while updating FW for other. Try agains.

Yes try again. Perhaps you have to break some Locks. Use CLUI and try to break all Locks. Then try Firmware upgrade again. This should help.
