XP12K - Performance Advisor 3.3
Thanks in advance for your time.
I installed in my customer a PA 3.3 of the same server of the CV-XP. Installation finished OK, but when I try to run the PA, I receive a blank screen.

Re: XP12K - Performance Advisor 3.3
Hi,
This is from the troubleshooting guide here:

Login screen does not display in browser
In certain environments, the PA XP Login screen may not be displayed. This occurs when the PA XP
browser client starts, and PA XP does not recognize that Java Plug-in 1.4.2 is installed.
To clear the Java Plug-in cache, complete the following steps:
1. Close all web browser application windows
2. Open the Windows Control Panel, and click Java Plug-in
3. In the Java Plug-in Control Panel dialog, click the Cache tab
4. Click Clear
5. In the Confirmation Needed - Cache dialog, click Yes
6. Close the Java Plug-in Control Panel dialog box

Re: XP12K - Performance Advisor 3.3
Sorry Ducan, I check the sun version in the another server. The correct version is Java 1.4.2_10. I clear the cache, but the same problem occurred. I start CV-XP, login OK.
In the CV-XP I start the PA icon, start the process but the screen is blank.
