The rebuilds will take too long otherwise.
Just verify also that you have firmware upgraded your controllers to support the drivers. Ican't recall exactly which one you require.
No hard (apart from scheduled downtime upgrading though)
Also, make sure you have the 10Krpm fans or else you'll get overheating. They've got a plastic bubble over the fan symbol of the fan module itself. 7200 rpm have a sticker and no plastic bubble.
