HELP with info on C2474s HDD

Is there anybody that knows of the required info on this hard drive.
I need to know all this to install Net-BSD onto an Apollo 400.
The hard drives are C2474S 5 of and a C2213

this is what i found from my /etc/disktab (HP-UX):

C2474S:
formatted 1.3 GB
number of 1k sectors/track: 36
number of tracks/cylinder: 19
number of cylinders/disk: 1935
bytes per physical sector: 512
rpm: 4002

C2213:
formatted 663 MB, 56 sectors/track, 16 heads, 1447 cylinders

number of 1k sectors/track: 28
number of tracks/cylinder: 16
number of cylinders/disk: 1447
bytes per physical sector: 512
rpm: 4002
